Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Place the product in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and the printed RMA form to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
